Founder & Principal Consultant
Hope Newton is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Hope Newton Consulting Group LLC. She brings over 15 years experience grounded in child welfare with a background in media relations, sports marketing, higher education administration, event management, and community organizing. Hope partners with leaders, organizations, and systems to create the conditions where people recognize new possibilities, build capacity, and lead meaningful change.
Through executive coaching, facilitation, learning design, and strategic advising, Hope is known for seeing patterns, asking thoughtful questions, connecting ideas and helping people see possibilities they may not have seen before. She helps transform lived experience into leadership, strengthen relationships, and support sustainable organizational and systems change.
